Michele Kraning

Born and raised in North Royalton, Ohio, Michele is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2006 and brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as a Relationship Assistant at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and UBS Financial.

Michele currently serves as the team manager for the Schwarz Group at Baird, where she oversees daily operations and procedures. She is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Michele lives in Gahanna with her husband, Kyle, their daughter, Adeline, and their chocolate lab, Stella. She is an active member of Gahanna GLOW and takes pride in giving back to her community. Outside of the office, Michele enjoys cheering on her daughter at sporting events, spending time outdoors, and traveling with family and friends.
